During her undergraduate education in Orchestral Conducting at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, which she was entitled to enter in 2014, she studied conducting with Antonio Pirolli and Naci Özgüç and graduated from the same department in 2019. She passed the qualifications at the conducting masterlcass held in İzmir in 2017, participated in conducting studies with Rengim Gökmen and was entitled to give a concert with the KODA orchestra. Turan Manafzade was invited to conduct the "New Year" concert in Vienna's "Muth" concert hall in January 2019.

 She gave a private piano concert with her family to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev and the President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the opening ceremony of the TANAP project in 2019. She successfully completed her master's degree at Faculty of Master of Business Adminstration (MBA) at Bahçeşehir University, which she started in 2019, with her thesis titled "The Impact of Digital Transformation to Art and Artist Activities": A Research on COVID-19" in February 2021.

 Manafzade gave concerts with the "Turan Orchestra" who founded herself in 2022, conducted the Aspendos concert as a conductor in August with the invitation of the Limak Philharmonic Orchestra. In September. She performed a private piano concert in the "Yehudi Menuhin" hall of the European Parliament in Brussels. She gave a concert with tenor Murat Karahan in Paris Unesco at the invitation of the Turkish and Azerbaijani Embassies of UNESCO, and performed her first concert to First Ladies in November at the Samarkand Summit of the Organization of Turkish States under the auspices of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation and under the musical directorship of Manafzade. She continues to give concerts all over the world with the "7 Beauties" project.

Manafzade continues her active musical life as a conductor, pianist and composer with solo and different projects she performed in different countries.
